Moorings are for the use of Patrician
Shores owners only. Mooring locations are only those moorings
approved by the State of New Hampshire.

Swimming around the boat area is prohibited.

Water skiing
from the beach and docks is prohibited.

For
safety reasons running is prohibited on the docks. Parents are urged to
encourage their children to abide by this rule. No bicycles, skates,
etc are allowed on the docks. Small children should not be leftunattended and should wear PFD’s while on the dock.

Launching or retrieving of boats is
prohibited in any area of Patrician Shores. An exception is
PWCs launched from the approved ramp and small crafts
launched from the open areas adjacent to the PWC ramp.

Parking
is only allowed in the lower portion of the ball filed. In front of
the docking facility.

No parking
is allowed on the roadway leading to the beach and dock
area.

Washing of ones clothing, body or
hair is prohibited at the boat and beach area.

It is
the responsibility of a dog owner to insure that their dog is kept in
accordance with the local dog ordinance. This includes leashing andcontrolling the dog. Dogs are not allowed on the beach.

Littering
anywhere in Patrician Shores is prohibited at all times. Please bring your own bags or use trash cans should they be provided.

The beach and boat areas shall not be used
after 10 PM. Ball playing in these areas is prohibited at all
times.

It is the responsibility of an owner to
ensured that the noise level and activities at the home and
of his guests are in conformance with any local ordinances
regarding noise and conduct.

No
boats other than plastic, rubber or similar type boats shall be used within or near the area reserved for swimming.

Any
temporary living facility located on a lot, such as an RV must be in
conformance with local zoning regulations. Local zoning ordinances do
not allow temporary living facilities on unimprovedlots. In addition the Board of Directors must approve the same.

Glass bottles shall not be taken to the
beach.

Tennis regulations are posted at the courts
and must be observed. No bikes, skateboards, etc are allowed
on the courts.

No signs
shall be posted on common property, other than those approved
by the Board of Directors.

Soaps
and cleaners are prohibited for use in the docking area.

Small
crafts [canoes, paddleboats, rowboats and PWCs] shall be kept away from
the swim area and stored in the area provided. Homeowners, property
owners and renters must register and affix a tag provided by the
association for their small watercraft. Renters may not leave their
small watercraft unless they are staying in Patrician Shores.
Unregistered small watercraft will be removed at the
owner’s
expense.
